Great for a family but not too big for a weekend getaway for one or two. This rig is fully equipped with a separate master bedroom with pocket doors to provide that privacy from the kiddos. The master bed is also a king sized mattress! The entertainment center that divides the bedroom has the TV on a 360 degree rotating mount so when those doors are closed and the kiddos are sleeping, you can enjoy some TV from the master bed.Bunk beds are full sized mattresses so they are plenty spacious for the kiddos and are even big enough to sleep two kiddos per bed if they are young enough. The dinette converts into a bed that can sleep one adult or two kids.Bathroom is fully equipped with toilet, sink, mirror, shower and tub.Slide-out dinette is very spacious as it can fit 4 adults comfortably. Entertainment center with TV, DVD player and the cables and adapter to watch movies from iPhone or iPad or Hdmi on computer.The kitchen is my favorite. Large deep farmhouse sink with residential faucet/sprayer. Nice big refrigerator and freezer that can run on electric or propane if you are boondocking. 3 burner stove top and oven and a microwave.Bonus outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink, counter and 2 burner stove. I love cooking bacon out here in the morning with the brisk morning air.Double propane tank so you never have to worry about running out. Equipped with AC and heater.Back rack for plenty of space to haul a generator and firewood or anything else.Generator available upon request.Bonus Amenities Upon Request: Other amenities like firewood, camp chairs, zero gravity chairs, corn hole, ladder golf, fire-starters, extra propane stoves, flashlights, picnic table covers, hammock, etc available upon request for small extra fee.55 gallon fresh water tank with water filter. Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

Pick up can be relatively flexible. I am a mental health therapist, so I am usually in sessions all day during the week Mon-Wed, but evenings are always good. Thurs-Sun I'm usually pretty open. However with enough notice, I can always reschedule a client.

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

R.

It will sway while driving! The hitch and receiver have sway bars and weight distribution so it offsets a lot of it, but just remember that in this rig, anything over 65mph will sway significantly. it will sway more if there is a lot of weight on the back rack like a generator and fire wood. Nothing to be concerned about, just be aware and don't panic!

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

R.

I will have a document that explains everything but I have EVERYTHING you could possibly need.

Q.

What if I want to use your generator and other amenities like camp chairs, etc?

R.

Just let me know in the communication. A lot of that stuff like generator, firewood, etc takes time to prep so I don't want to bother with it unless you plan to use it, so just let me know!
