Unlike crowded state parks, you’ll enjoy a semi-private setting where you can wake up to the sound of the river and end your day watching the sunset over nearby Lake Ontario.
The Space
• The Stay: Forget the tent stakes—your home base is a clean, well-maintained 2014 Dutchmen camper. It’s the perfect blend of rustic adventure and modern comfort, providing a solid roof and cozy beds after a day of exploration. Fridge, Microwave and many accessories should have all your needs and desires covered.
• River Access: You are just steps away from private river access. Whether you're here to wade-fish for trophy King Salmon and Steelhead or launch a kayak for a morning paddle, the water is yours to enjoy.
• Essentials: The site includes a fire pit for starlit s'mores and a picnic table for outdoor dining. There is a propane grill available for use, propane included. As well as relaxing camp chairs, fold out hammock and an array of lawn and board games for any ages fun.

For guests looking to park their own camper/RV (max. length 30ft) for an extended stay (2 weeks or more), arrangements can be made to move the Dutchmen during your visit and give you full access to Electrical (30 amp), Water (municipal) and Sewer connections. *Longer vehicles/trailers and full-size motorhomes/coaches will not be able to make the turn into driveway due to electrical pole placement.

• Camp Rules 1. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM; Check-out is by 11:00 AM to allow for cleaning. 2. Respect the River: Enjoy our private access, but please practice Leave No Trace principles. All fishing must comply with NYS Salmon River fishing regulations (ensure you have a valid license!). 3. Quiet Hours: To preserve the serenity of the river, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 4. Fire Safety: Fires are permitted only in the designated fire pit. Never leave a fire unattended and extinguish it completely before sleeping or leaving the site. 5. Waste Management: Please use the provided bins for all trash and recycling. Do not dispose of food scraps in the river, as this attracts local wildlife. 6. Pet Policy: 1 Dog per reservation, automatic cleaning fee of $80 per trip/reservation will be added upon booking. Any potty accidents inside the camper will incur an additional $250 cleaning fee. 7. No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the Dutchmen camper.
