At 28ft with reverse and lane departure cameras this unit is easy and comfortable to drive and park - especially for beginners. This unit also comes with a class 3 hitch capable of towing 8000lbs - you must provide the ball. We strive to make your experience as comfortable, enjoyable, and hassle free as possible so that you can enjoy the good stuff!Our beautiful RV comes fully equipped with all of the creature comforts of home - all you have to do bring your clothing and personal items -
we will do the rest! Linens, dishes, dinnerware, toaster, Keurig, complementary coffee and fixings, games, dish and hand soap and other consumables are included. For outdoor use, four camp chairs, mat, and a variety of tables are at your disposal. The large rear storage area will haul nearly everything else you’d like to bring with you!There are seatbelts for seven- including an upgrade for a child safety seat tether. With two queen beds, convertible couch and dinette, our motorhome can comfortably sleep 4-6 adults, 8 if you like to snuggle, or 4 adults with childrenCamping off grid? We have you covered! John was very easy to rent from, great and responsible communication, RV was super clean, well stocked and everything worked perfectly. We have rented other RVs, this was the best experience with the owners and the RV. Highly recommend them.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
We are fairly flexible. Drop us a message if you'd like to make arrangements. We will be happy to accommodate you.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
Our RV comes equipped with a back up and side view cameras making driving it and parking it breeze. Wide, slow turns will keep your passengers happy.
All of the appliances (excluding the AC) will work on battery power alone. Batteries are recharged by the solar panels.
Passengers can watch movies (BluRay) during the ride on our two televisions. The bathroom can be used while driving too!
Q.What if I don't have any camping gear?
R.
Our RV comes fully equipped with everything you need: outdoor chairs, table, and mat, dishes (paper and washable), pots and pans, linens including bedding for the over bunk cab and the queen bed, towels, and dish cloths. Also stocked are consumable items such as soaps, septic friendly toilet paper, cleaners, a coffee pot and pods, toaster, and ice maker. We will even stock the RV with your online grocery order before you pick up! Just bring your clothes, food, and personal items!
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
Our RV comes equipped with a shore line power cable, 30 ft of sewer line, and a 25 ft potable water hose with an inline filter and pressure regulator. Grey water can be left to drain continuously, but black water must be drained in batches to prevent clogs that nobody wants to deal with! Dry campers can use water from the 40ga tank, power from the generator and batteries that are recharged passively by solar and directly by the generator. If you don't want to dump the tanks we will do it!
