Escape the daily grind with this luxury RV! Comfortably sleeps 6 adults - 1 master suite with a King bed along with 2 full-size sofa beds.Relax in the step up living area on one of the two sofas or kick back in either of the recliners. Catch the latest episode or game on the built in TV or just listen to some music on the bluetooth enabled sound system.Don't worry about bringing everything including the kitchen sink - rental is fully stocked including linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, towels), dishes, cookware. Feel like stepping outside and cooking up a feast? Grab the included flat-top grill and hibachi to your heart's content. Feel like dessert? How about some of Papaw Steve's famous ice cream? We've included an ice cream maker and many of the ingredients so you can give it a try. Trust me, it is great!Forget to pack enough? That's okay - throw your clothes in the included washer/dryer unit and you can just wear the same outfit again!Get your game on with a quick game of cornhole - set up the boards and challenge the family to a match. Weather got you down? That's okay - grab one of the games from the shelf and have a game night!Want to do some exploring? If you are interested in doing a bit of biking during your stay, let us know! We can provide a set of bikes (1 Mens, 1 Womans) along with a Burley trailer for the little ones. Let us know early as the bikes are on a first-come-first-served basis.We stive to make sure you have a great time without having to worry about every little detail. Highly recommend Eric as your host. If I could give him a 6 star rating I would. His 5th wheel was extremely clean and comfortable. More importantly, he was a fantastic host. The rig was promptly set up and waiting for us upon arrival. I had zero issues with the unit. He made special accommodations for us when he did not have to. I will be contacting him without a doubt and renting from him again on our next trip and would recommend him to anyone needing a 5th wheel in that area. Cant thank you enough, Eric.

Q.What hookups are required at a camp ground?

The answer, honestly, is none.
Ideally you will secure a site with 50AMP electric service, Water and Sewer connections. We will set up without these, however, there are some caveats. If, for example, you have a site without sewer connections, you need to make arrangements for your tanks to be emptied (if available). If you fill, for example, a gray water tank and we have to come empty it for you, there is an extra charge.
The best site is a full hookup site. :)
