This brand new 2022 camper is ready to be broken in! It comes with a king size bed, solar panels on top, Bluetooth stereo for music inside and out, an awning, all things needed to hook up, such as a hose and drain pipes, pretty much everything needed for a fun and successful camping trip! 1)Please return the camper with full propane, empty waste tanks, and cleaned. Fees: propane refill: $6/gallon. Black/grey dump: $50. Excessive cleaning fee: $100.
2) If anything gets damaged (whether it's the RV itself or just a bath towel) let us know. Minor damage frequently causes major problems later, so if we have to discover damage ourselves, we charge a $50 fee in addition to the cost of repairs.
3) Please respect our time by arriving for pickup and drop off on time. If you are significantly late, it interferes with our jobs/other plans for the day. If you are more than 15 min late, it will result in a late fee of $50/hr.
4) The value of any items missing from the camper will be deducted from the deposit.
If you rent the portable generator and it is lost/stolen/damaged you will be charged $900 replacement fee.
5)The propane tanks are not to be removed without prior permission. The propane provided is ONLY to be used with this rental unit. If either tank is removed then the renter will be charged a $100.00 fee. The tanks are marked with tamper evident pen.
