You, as the Renter, agree to rent the Trailer from 360 Sierra, Inc., subject to the comprehensive terms and conditions set forth in both the Rental Agreement and these Rules of the Road.
Use of the Trailer
Handling and Modification: The Trailer and its components must not be dismantled, disassembled, or modified without explicit written consent from 360 Sierra.
Lawful Use: Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements, including traffic laws and parking regulations, is mandatory.
Terrain and Use Limitations: Please refrain from using the Trailer in unsuitable areas that could cause damage or pose safety risks.
Purpose of Use: The Trailer is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Engaging in illegal activities or using the Trailer for unauthorized commercial purposes is forbidden.
Subleasing and Transfer: Subleasing, loaning, or transferring the Trailer to any third party without 360 Sierra's prior written consent is prohibited.
Impaired Operation: Operating the Trailer while under the influence of substances that impair safe driving is strictly forbidden.
Specific Conditions for Use
Physical Interactions with the Trailer: Avoid standing on or overstepping the Trailer's fender and misusing the solar panels.
Capacity and Loading: The Trailer must not be loaded beyond an additional 100 pounds of its specified capacity.
Water Tank Use: Water tanks should only be filled with water; filling them with any toxic substances is prohibited.
Hygiene and Care: Maintaining cleanliness within the Trailer is crucial. Leaving rotten food in the cooler or any activity that compromises hygiene is not allowed.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the Trailer or in its immediate vicinity is strictly prohibited.
Adherence to these Rules of the Road ensures a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all renters. Non-compliance may result in penalties, such as additional fees, termination of the rental agreement, or legal action.

All around excellent camping setup! We are already planning our next trip! The experience was easy from start to finish. Originally the trailer wasn’t available, but after I contacted 350 Sierra to be put on a waitlist, Paola and Andres were able to accommodate our dates! They gave us a thorough demonstration of how everything worked, and even checked up on us during our trip. The trailer and tent and shelter were all amazing. It rained every day on our trip, and everything stayed dry with no leaks. The trailer was easy to tow, and because everything is so lightweight, we were able to manually move it around in our campsite to get the best view out of the tent and the best position for the kitchen. Many other campers were interested in our compact setup and stopped by to check it out. The amazing kitchen setup made even our friends use our campsite for cooking and cleaning each night. The faucet made cleanup so much easier. We camped for 5 days and at the end of the trip still had over 50% of our battery left, with no recharging needed. (Temps were in the 50-70F range with little sunlight.) Absolutely stellar gear with prompt and friendly service from Paola and Andres. You won’t regret renting this trailer.

We used this trailer for a 4 night family trip in central Oregon and it was AWESOME! The trailer was easy to pull and setup. We enjoy camping but we loved the conveniences that we got with this trailer - the pull out stove and kitchen supplies, slide out cooler/refrigerator, water and facet and the power station for charging electronics! We had the 2 person tent but we packed an additional small tent to throw down for the other 2 people.

We took a camping trip out to the Alvord Desert in Oregon and the trailer was absolutely fantastic. It was easy to tow, easy to haul off-road, and extraordinarily quick to put up and down. The trailer has everything you need and nothing you don't use. We rented the trailer and not only was the trailer great but the renting experience was easy and the service was great.
