Foire aux questions
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
Electric: Turn off the pedestal breaker, plug in your RV to the correct 30/50-amp outlet, then turn the breaker on. Water: Attach a pressure regulator to the spigot, connect your drinking-safe hose, then hook it to the RV’s city water inlet. Sewer: Connect your sewer hose to the site drain and RV outlet; keep the black tank closed until dumping.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
🧠 General Wisdom Slow down. Rushing leads to mistakes, damaged equipment, and extra stress. Practice backing in an empty parking lot. Keep tools handy: a basic toolkit, headlamp, gloves, and tape help constantly. Use the rule: “Go slow and look twice.”Take turns wide, especially curbs and gas station corners. Learn your height, width, and length—write them on a sticky note. Avoid backing without a spotter; if alone, get out and check multiple times.
