My new 2023 Thor Quantum 30' sleeps 5 and has 7 belts, full galley, bathroom and shower, hot water, all hookups, bike rack for 2, outside kitchen and tv, Nice quiet rear bedroom features a queen bed with wardrobe and tv. Full slideout on left side makes the galley and living area much bigger. Nice storage inside and also underneath. Spare tire. Lawn Chair. Fishing gear all in the rear hatch. Chassis is a Ford 7.3 with plenty of power, drives nice. Generator included. Fridge works on solar, propane, generator included but I wouldn't leave it on all day as they get hot and shut down, or plug-in. Cord and water hose in the rear hatch. Vehicle has but 5200 miles on it. Shower has never been used nor has the outdoor kitchen. Bedding for the rear Queen and blanket for the overhead bunk is included. 6 Pillows. The galley is well stocked with dishes and cooking pans, all new, even a rice cooker, coffee pot, toaster oven. Our rental is designed for 5 people, a bike rack if you ask, 100 miles a day, and you must have insurance with the program. We go to the Florida State Parks and can tell you about many of them if interested. No pets and no smoking.Ce qui est inclus• Bedding for the big bed but you bring bedding for the bunk and pullout. and you can charge them as you use them but a charge lasts 3 days.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST. I’ve rented from Outdoorsy 4 times prior and the host was rude, not helpful, and didn’t seem like he wanted to be renting on Outdoorsy. Multiple times he talked about how horrible Outdoorsy was and how they take the majority of money. The generator did not work when we camped in freezing weather, he was not helpful, yet charged us for overusing generator! Every time we talked to us he seemed annoyed. He was not there for the hand off yet crazy about every single detail. He made us pay an extra day because he wanted us to pick it up at 8am and return it at 8am, blamed the app for that rule. When we returned it at 8:30am, he charged us an extra day. Confirmed with Outdoorsy this was a him policy not the app. I hope to never interact with someone as rude as the host ever again. Horrible experience thanks to this horrible host.

I had an amazing experience with my RV rental from Timothy Gardner. He was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The RV had everything we could possibly need, making the trip incredibly smooth and enjoyable. It was truly a pleasure to deal with him, and I highly recommend his services!
