The Great Escape – 36’ Family Adventure Trailer

• Driver Requirements • The renter must be at least 25 with a valid license, own insurance, and have a clean record. Experience with hauling trailers is required. • Skills may be tested before departure, including backing up, turning, and hooking up the trailer. A checklist will be provided. • Only listed drivers on the reservation can tow; additional drivers cost $75 each. If an unlisted driver causes an accident, a $10,000.00 fee applies. Smoking • Smoking or vaping inside the trailer is allowed. Evidence of damage from smoking results in a $ 1,500.00 fee; cleaning after smoking incurs a $250 fee. Pets • Pets need prior approval. Clean up after pets. No damage, $50 refundable fee for dogs, $150 nonrefundable for cats. Damage covered by repair cost. Dog tie-offs and a playpen are available. Cleanliness • Return trailer in decent condition. Basic cleanup (trash, dishes, spills) is expected. Excessive cleaning may incur a $500.00 fee. Dumping Tanks • Tanks not emptied before return will incur a $300 dumping fee. Awning & Weather • Retract the awning during strong winds or rain or when leaving to prevent damage. Neglecting to do so, you will cover the cost of damages. No Climbing on the Roof • Climbing the roof is prohibited. Damage costs $500. Travel Restrictions • Use only on approved roads and campgrounds unless authorized. Respect the equipment. • Treat the trailer and equipment as your own for future use. * A checklist and pictures of property damages and return conditions will be provided. The owner will document the property condition before and after each rental to record any damages.
