2022 Coleman Light travel trailer.Sleeps 8 - Queen size bed in a private room, full size bunks (with custom privacy curtains), dinette to bed conversion.
Outdoor mini fridge and grill, retractable awning, led outdoor lighting, radio with indoor/outdoor speakers, interior TV, fireplace, heat and A/C, full kitchen, toilet, shower, etc. See photos for all features.We are located about 40 miles from downtown Denver, up HWY 285 (mountain driving), near Staunton State Park (about a 7minute drive from the Elk Creek exit). Some of our personal favorites are Eleven Mile State Park, Wellington Lake and Lost Park wilderness in Jefferson. Only 2.9 miles from our location is Rainbow Roundup Trout Ranch, which offers designated campsites with full hookups as well as a dump station. Easy fishing and access! If returned empty, a fee will be assessed.A brake controller is required per Colorado law.The top of the ball for the receiver needs to be 23" to 24" off the ground.Both the gray and black water tanks must be emptied prior to return, or a fee will be assessed.You will receive the trailer with a full fresh water tank if needed.The TV/DVD player will not run without the use of a generator (unless hooked to a power source at campground, etc). Generator is not included but can be for an additional fee ($50/day for the first two days. After two days, it is $25/day).Pets are welcome but not allowed on the beds or dinette.No smoking of any kind in the trailer. If you choose to smoke outside, please be sure to do so away from open windows.Please note and respect any fire restrictions wherever you may be camping. Easy pickup and dropoff. This camper tows like a dream. Comfortable beds and a great interior layout for our family of 3. We had a fun weekend!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

If delivery is selected, I am unable to deliver or pick up Monday-Friday until evening times due to FT job.
If personally picking up, you may do so Monday-Friday after 4:00pm. Weekends, any time is available for pick up.
Drop off is available any time Sunday-Saturday.
