1.0RV was dropped off promptly, but filthy. It took a whole pack of Swiffer pads to clean the floor and there was dirt on the walls as well as bugs in the shower and smelled like sewage. At the beginning of our reservation, the owner was easy to communicate with and promptly fixed a water leak that sprung up. Towards the end of our reservation, a sewage blockage began to gave us trouble. We were told by the septic pump people that it appeared that we were provided with non-RV toilet paper and that's what caused the blockage and prevented the tank from emptying properly. The owner became difficult to communicate with and it took 2 days for him to send someone who could resolve the septic issue, leaving us without a properly functioning toilet. We received no notice when the technician was coming or when he was done and the problem was resolved. At the conclusion of our reservation, we received notice from Outdoorsy that the majority of our deposit was claimed without any explanation. Before the reservation, we had agreed on the propane use being charged afterwards, but that should have been just a nominal amount. We are still working with Outdoorsy to get back our deposit.
