Responsive and accommodating hosts
Dani and Preston are praised for excellent communication, quick responses, and flexibility for pickup/drop-off. Preston provides thorough explanations, and they often help renters whose original bookings were canceled.
Drives well on varied terrain
The RV is easy to drive, performing well on mountains and long trips. However, the interior is worn with peeling surfaces and uncomfortable beds. Several amenities were also missing or broken, including a leaky faucet, mildewy towels, and a broken awning.

4.0Communication was great with Dani & Preston. The unit was easy to drive and performed great going up the mountain. 1 thing we loved was the electric griddle, used it for every meal. Interior was a bit worn out. Window shades were very hard to open & close. couch fabric was peeling and a lot of countertops were peeling. Bathroom faucet leaks all over the counter, don't leave items on counter. Had a coffee maker but no coffee cups. Said it was stocked but very minimal supply. No pillows. Door was difficult to open and lock, is not sealed very well. No odor powder for toilet. Towels smelled gross like mildew when they got wet. Awning motor broke before we rented unit so we were without shade. Comes with camp chairs but 3 of them were broken or had big moldy growth on seat. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. The big bed had like a bar running thru the middle of mattress.

5.0RV performed really well through for our trip family of 5 to Grand Canyon, Arches, Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Vegas. Dani and Preston were very responsive when we had questions or issues. Would rent from them again.
