Ready to use and fully equipped with everything needed from plates and cookware to first aid kit and flashlights! The only thing you need to bring is your choice of bedding and pillows.Small and lightweight, with a slide-out for maximum space when parked. Great little RV for a couple plus kids. It has one very nice memory foam queen bed and a convertible wrap-around sofa/dinette/bed. The small bed is a little tight for adults but not impossible. Holds 30 pounds of propane and has a meter, just pay for what you use. Water tank holds 36 gallons, and six gallon water heater. There's a manual awning with lighting under it, and a propane grill hookup at the rear of the trailer (do not have a grill to lend however). There is a microwave plus convection oven for baking and roasting, plus a gas stove and sink, all conveniently located at the back by the door for easy access from outside.This is a light trailer that can work with most any vehicle as long as it has a brake controller (standard travel trailer requirement). Feel free to send me your vehicle info if you have any questions. Can also include an adjustable-height hitch/ball with or without weight distribution.I am generous on pickup and return times, you can pick up mid morning on the day of departure and return into the evening on your return, no extra hourly charges. Just please be on time and let me know what to expect. The RV is in storage about 20 minutes away from me.This layout is identical to the Forest River R-Pod RP179, a more common brand of the same trailer.A 4500 watt ultra-quiet inverter generator is available to rent. It has pushbutton electric start and weighs 104 pounds, so not hard to handle. Can run everything in the RV, including both microwave and AC at the same time.The tanks can be emptied right on site at the storage facility when you return it. Please be prepared to dump while I inspect and photograph the return condition. There are hoses and gloves in the rig, and it's parked right next to the dump drain.
