We will have it outfitted the way you want to use it, available to load and use of the party deck or have the bunks set up in the rear for sleeping arrangements. Just pack your essentials and go! Maximum towing speed is 70 MPH.No third-party towing is allowed, except Outdoorsy roadside assistance.Trailer must stay in Utah. Tampering with the GPS device ends the rental immediately.3. Use of the Unit
No climbing on the roof.Do not exceed posted occupancy or weight limits.Renter is responsible for operating and securing the trailer properly.4. Damage, Repairs & Liability
Renter is liable for all damage not covered by insurance.Do not attempt repairs without the owner's prior consent.Renter assumes full liability during the rental period.5. Return & Recovery
If the trailer cannot be returned, a recovery fee of $250 or $2.50 per mile (whichever is greater) will apply.
