• no smoking of any kind or vaping (if evidence of such, monies in the amount equal to your deposit ($500.00) will be charged
• must close awning when not present at the trailer or for high winds
• please make sure basic cleaning has been done upon return i.e. dishes, trash, sweeping, take off used bedding and put in laundry bag. We make sure you get a clean vehicle inside and out and expect the same upon its return. Dump all tanks or $75.00 fee will be charged.

We are super fun, outdoorsey kind of people....the kids are grown and we are empty nesters, so as middle-agers, we are living our Best Life Ever!
We hope to be able to give you a wonderful experience by renting our cute Lil Miss Lancey. She is dear to our hearts and has given us some great camping experiences, I'm sure you will love and take care of her as you make your own memories on your adventures.
