3.0Our trip was good, but the RV was far below our expectations: it has several damages that weren't repaired overtime. For example: the warning light for black waters didn't work, there were several holes on the walls, a dent in the bathroom door, no canopy or outdoor lights (as it should be by the photos), one of the furnished chairs was broken, the skylights were blocked (and one was impossible to close it and kept slamming by wind), the stepladder is broken, the generator didn't work. We discovered some of these damages during the recognition before the trip, others were found out during the trip :-(

5.0This was our first time renting an RV, and Nat and Kathy made it such a great experience. They are super fast to respond, made sure to answer all of our questions before our trip and provided a great RV. Kathy even got my son some glow items/necklaces for his birthday. So thoughtful. We had an amazing time and will definitely rent from them again in the future.

We are flexible on pick up and drop off time. We as a family understand that going on camping trips takes time to pack up and unpack. Sticking to a strict schedule is tough when you go on a trip with an RV. We will work with anyone on a time that works best for everyone.
