Indoor and outdoor showers, smart TV, residential faucet in the kitchen, microwave, and 8 cu ft refrigerator. The 70" tri-fold sofa is a great place for an afternoon nap, as well as extra sleeping space at night. 2 AC units with ducting to keep it extra cold.Entertain outside with the outdoor kitchen with griddle and mini-fridge, and 17 ft. power awning.
