Rv is clean and odor free, At 24’ long with a slide out it fits everywhere is easy to drive and has a lot of power. Comes with an on board generator that has a push button start on the inside of the camper. Has a good trailer hitch on it if you want to hook up a trailer to tow 4-wheelers or a boat. Has a back up camera to make things easy. Has an aux and usb cable and hdmi plug in for music/video Runs and drives great. Has seat belts built into the table bench with 2 child seat anchors! Large electric awning is a simple push button operation. If there is anything you need for the motor Home please let me know when sending your booking request and I’ll see if I can make it happen for you. Rv comes with all bedding and towels and dishes needed. You should only need to add food and any extra gear you want. We have our own commercial insurance policy and can save you on the insurance costs over most other rentals. No smoking (if you smoke outside make sure all windows are closed and that you’re not transferring
the smell from your clothing to the camper)
No vaping (if you vape outside make sure all windows are closed and that you’re not transferring the
smell from your clothing to the camper)
No pets or pet hair inside (wether its transferred from clothing or direct from animal)
Violation of the above requirements in section #1 will result in an automatic loss of the entire $1000
deposit plus the cost of professional cleaning from a detail shop of owners choice.

No cleaning fish in camper
No fish smell in fridge/freezer
No damage to tires from road hazards.
Do make sure to close all windows if there are camp fires around.
Do return camper undamaged.
Do return camper in reasonably clean condition
Do return camper with grey and black tanks empty unless you would like to pay $50 to have it done
for you
Do wash the exterior of the camper to remove bugs and road grime unless you would like to pay $100
to have it done for you
Do wash all the dishes that are used
Do fill gas and propane unless you want to pay $25 (plus the cost of fuel and propane) to have it done
for you
Do put all used bedding and towels in the shower area
Violation of items in section #2 will result in partial or total loss of security deposit and any addition
costs to restore camper to the condition it was in when it was picked up.

Hello, It’s nice to meet you. I am a life time Alaskan I was born here in 1982 and have traveled a lot but lived here my whole life. (and plan to keep it that way) I am in love with Alaskan summers, and in my personal, and biased opinion think that it is the prettiest place on earth. I am self employed and Renting RVs has become my main focus from May through September. I now have 7 Units that I rent out and I take my communication very seriously. I'm always easy to get ahold of. When I'm not busy with renting motorhomes out, I buy fix and sell cars and trucks. My hobbies include everything that is the Alaskan outdoors. Fishing, Hunting, 4-Wheeling, Hiking, Camping, Rock hounding, Exploring, Rafting, ETC. In the winter time I do my best to escape for a couple months with my wife and kids.
