RV worked well for my trip. Walk through was simple and communication was good. Friendly on pickup and return, was not rushed. Great for basic family camping trip.

I am not a reviewer, but had to get on here and share my experience. Renting Mauricio's RV was a horrible experience. The vehicle has a major battery issue that left us with no lights, no working fridge, no water pump and no heater.The issue was obviously not disclosed on the listing, but when I arrived to pickup the RV, he conveniently texted me (he was not there to show me the RV, he had his wife do it) a vague and brief message about a work around to get the generator to start. I was fine with this, but there was no mention of the complete failure of his power system. It was not until we got to our destination that I discovered the power issue. Long story short, my family and I dry camped with no power in the freezing cold.Now, I am sure Mauricio will respond to this review with excuses, denial and rebuttal info, but all I can say is think twice about renting this camper. Even if he claims he fixed the issue. It is not worth dealing with him as the owner of this RV. I can only imagine how he would handle any other issues one may have. It's not worth it, there are better listings on Outdoorsy with more trustworthy and decent people.

Well Michael said he “would write a review, wink” and he did.
There was a charging issue that became apparent during hand off. I work a normal job and my wife usually handles it when I can’t. After generator was started, he didn’t seem to have anymore issue with it so he took off with RV.
After he’d left, I apologized for inconvenience via text message and offered a discount which he gladly accepted. I did not hear anything else until he showed up to drop off RV at which point he asked that I replenish fuel/gas used up (a significant amount for what I would me making on this trip) and also dump the waste water tanks at my expense.
I explained to him how expensive it would be replenish gas but that I would give him a greater discount than he had previously agreed to, he refused it and went on to tell me about the review he would write and how he’d have his credit card company get involved.
There was a charging issue, I tried to be fair, unfortunately we didn’t quite agree on what “fair” would be.
I rent my RV to help make payments on it, all other reviews have been positive. Different little things have come up in past rentals but we’ve always managed to keep things positive.
Unfortunately that was not the case this time.

Mauricio and his RV were great, he was super nice and the RV was everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this listing and will rent from him again!!!

The owners are very friendly. Everything was explained to me in detail. I felt very confident driving and everything ran smoothly. The RV was super clean with a perfect layout for a small family and TONS of storage . We had a great time and highly recommend them!

The vehicle was very clean and well maintained. Mauricio gave us a thorough review of all the systems before we took off so we felt very comfortable when using the generator etc. Hot water within minutes. It was great! Lots of bed space. We really enjoyed it and Mauricio and his wife were very nice to work with. Thank you!!
