There is a small sofa/murphy bed that folds down to a queen bed w/memory foam topper, full size bunk beds and the dinette converts to a full size bed. Trailer sleeps 5-8.3 closets; one by bunks and one on each side of sofa/queen bed.The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, stove top/oven, pantry, bowls, plates, cups, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, and much more!The bathroom has a tub and shower, full size medicine cabinet and mirror, under sink storage, shower curtain and bath rug.The trailer also features a 24 in. tv and volume bar for better sound and Bluetooth radio with interior and exterior speakers. USB ports at dinette area, in both bunk bed areas and next to both sides of the murphy bed areas.Exterior shower.The exterior has one large, complete pass through storage and one smaller storage. Interior of trailer has lots of storage too, including storage under dinette benches on all 3 sides. There is a power awning with LED light strip and two electric plugs. There is also an outdoor shower. *Please do not extend awning if it is at all windy. Also, double check that you have clearance to open the awning-they break fairly easy in windy weather.Make sure to add-on the rental for the generator if you will not have access to an electric outlet. The trailer is equipped with a 30amp power cord/connection but we do provide an adapter to 110v. If you will be boon docking/dry camping then you will need the generator to use the microwave, heat/air. Failure to use any of the systems, features or appliances properly may result in damage and renter will be responsible for cost to repair.Renter is responsible for any violation such as tickets. If there is a mechanical failure or problem, renter should alert the owner immediately.Any negligence to use transport and camping equipment properly which results in damage to Trailer or equipment will be the full responsibility of the renter. 5Wonderful experience renting this RV. Communication was great with the whole process. This Rv is very clean and pretty much provides anything you could need for your trip. The host's were very accommodating and easy to rent from. Will for sure rent again for our next trip! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our trip worry free :)

5Ann Marie was an amazing host- responsive and very nice. When picking up the trailer I received a very thorough walkthrough to ensure I knew how to setup and take down everything with ease. The trailer is very well kept with cute decorative touches. The Murphy bed was very comfortable and the bunk beds very spacious. We highly recommend renting this trailer.
