Unfortunately, our experience with this RV rental fell far below expectations. While the host initially came across as flexible and accommodating, several serious issues arose that made our trip stressful and disappointing.

Josh was a problematic renter.Josh was given the Owner’s Manual and signed all necessary documents,including a contract that explicitly specified pickup and drop-off times. We made multiple efforts to ensure he was informed, including several in-person explanations at our home.He accused us of ruining his experience.Josh diminished our authority and the contract.
We let him to pick up the RV a day early, knowing we would not be present at the time of pickup. He accepted this arrangement without objection.Upon return,the awning was broken, the hood latch was damaged, and the interior and exterior were filthy. These damages and cleanliness issues were documented additional charges were applied based on the contract terms. We billed for extra hours of generator use and mileage, as specified. The dump fee was also charged because he only emptied the grey tank, leaving the black tank full.
Please note: This ended up going to Fair Claims where enough evidence was shown and Josh lost.
