General Rules & Policies1. Orientation Walkthrough
We will provide a walkthrough regarding the operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. Please allow up to 30-60 minutes for pre-departure handoff. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair. Pre-departure checklist will be provided and signed by both parties regarding condition and operation of vehicle.2. Pick up and Drop Off
Pick up time must be scheduled in advance between 3:00pm-6:00pm local time. Drop off is any time before 12:00pm local time. Early pick up and late drop off is available for an additional fee of $80 per request. There are no refunds for early returns.3. Fees
If applicable, waste holding tanks must be emptied prior to return. Tanks that are not emptied will incur a $150 fee, which will be assessed from the security deposit. You are also responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds.4. Fuel & Propane
If applicable, the propane tank for the heater, hot water, and stove top will be full upon delivery. The renter is responsible for propane refills during the trip and upon return. The vehicle will also be full of fuel (regular unleaded gasoline) when you pick up and must be returned full. Any unfilled vehicles will be charged $8/gal for fuel and/or a $50 propane refill fee.5. Mileage Allowance
All rentals include 120 miles per paid night calculated cumulatively over the course of your trip. If you go over this amount you will be charged $0.55/mile.6. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Cigarette damage or smoking odor will result in a $500 fee, which will be assessed upon return assessed from the security deposit.7. Accidents & Breakdowns
