This class C motorhome is easy to drive (Class G license), comfortable, spacious, with a terrific floor plan. KC's is fully equipped with side camera mirrors, back up camera and everything you need to make the best memories with family and friends. Our little Resort ON Wheels sleeps 6 . The master bedroom is a pop out queen size bed with a privacy curtain, cab over bunk is also a queen with a screen T.V. , table and loveseat turns into 2 single beds. Full size bathroom, hot water tank, outdoor shower, 4 folding chairs, folding table, outdoor carpet, BBQ, furnace, A/C and generator. Ce qui est inclusThis farmhouse style kitchen has all the essentials, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans, basic spices, etc..... lots of cupboard space, pop out dinette, and a love seat. The only thing you will need on your adventure are linens, pillows, towels, and food. Autres points à signalerWe love KC and we want it back the same way you got it.• Must be over 25 yrs old with valid drivers license.• KC is SMOKE FREE and ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. Any trace of smoke or pet hair is an immediate surcharge of $300 for cleaning and sanitizing fee.• A $75/hr fee will be applied if the unit is not returned cleaned. All damages done to KC should be reported immediately so we can make arrangements for repairs at renters expense. Also no moveable objects inside RV while driving ( eg. Bikes, kayak, BBQ and no gas/propane tanks).Awning on unit is the responsibility of the renter. On return of our little resort on wheels , if there is damage, renter will replace at renters expense. Do not use it if its windy. Do not tie anything on it.PLEASE REMOVE SHOES INSIDE

We would like to greatly thank Kevin for making our vacation a wonderful & memorable one.
Kevin responded to all our leadup Emails in a timely manner and was very pleasant, helpful and optimistic, answering all our questions.
When we finally came on sight to pick up the RV, Kevin was there to greet us with a warn smile.
He was very pumped to show us his RV’s ins and outs. (He would always say “Treat it like it’s your own”
Kevin took over a hour to methodically take us through each system on the RV.
He also provided a booklet he created to help step by step on how to manage the various places and hookups we will encounter.
When we returned the RV we were now very excited to tell him all the adventures we had and how the RV was.
All in all we are very pleased with Kevin and would recommend him and his RV for anyone who in the future wishes to go on a RV adventure.

I recently had the pleasure of renting an RV from Kevin, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Kevin proved to be a remarkable owner who provided a well-maintained RV and excellent customer service throughout our rental period.
