It has a gorgeous modern style with upgraded amenities such as a large outdoor kitchen with grill, double bunk house, large bathroom, egyptian cotton linens, and an outdoor shower. The RV comes with a fully furnished kitchen and all necessary linens for the bathroom and beds. Our Tailwind is kid and pet approved, and is the perfect accommodation for your next adventure!The Bear Den is veteran owned and located in New Braunfels, TX with many local camping areas such as the beautiful Texas hill country, Guadalupe or Comal river, Canyon Lake, and many more. Take the hassle out of your trip by allowing us to deliver and set up at your campsite for you. For longer trips, this camper is lightweight and is the perfect size for easy towing with the proper vehicle set up.Ce qui est inclusWe have stocked The Bear Den with just about everything you might need for your camping adventure!The kitchen includes service for 8 with plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. kitchen utensils include spatulas, whisk, spoons, tongs, wine opener, can opener, knife set, grilling utensils, mixing bowls, and more.Coffee service includes a single serve Keurig machine and 6 enamel coffee mugs.Egyptian cotton linens are provided on the queen size Murphy bed and the double bunk house beds as well as blankets on each. Each bed comes with two queen size pillows and multiple throw pillows. Linens are NOT provided on the convertible dinette bed. Please plan accordingly and bring your own sheets/blankets/pillows needed for that.The bathroom has towel service for 6 to include large plush towels and washcloths. There are two hand towels provided for the sink. These towels are to be used for the indoor bathroom only as they are white to show cleanliness. Please bring your own beach towels for any outdoor use (beach, lake, rivers) in order to keep the indoor towels nice.We have stocked a basket full of card games, dominoes, dice, and coloring books to keep the family entertained during any down time. The kids bunks have a few books and stuffed animals to help the kiddos feel cozy during their stay!There is also a 5 foot folding table for setting up in the outdoor kitchen area as well as four folding camp chairs. The spacious outdoor kitchen features a propane grill, a mini fridge, and an outdoor sink. On the opposite side of the camper is an outdoor shower rinsing off any sand or bathing pets after swimming! The outdoor awning is perfect to shade the outdoor kitchen area and is complete with led lights and outdoor speakers, but please use caution while in use. If winds exceed 10 mph please put the awning in. Any damage to the awning will result in a fee to cover its replacement.All hookup equipment is provided for a 30 or 50 amp campsite, as well as water hookup with a filtration system, and dump station hoses. Please use only the toilet paper provided, as Rv's have a special septic system. All tanks need to be flushed at a dump station prior to return. Failure to do so will resort in a $250 fee. RecommandationsThe opportunities for camping are endless in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Some of our favorite places to visit are any of the state parks or a quiet place along the Guadalupe, Comal, or Frio rivers. For longer excursions we highly recommend Palo Duro Canyon State park.
