This unit has a fresh water tank so you can enjoy any state park or areas where there is no water hook up. black and gray holding tanks. Also has a power awning, power tongue jack and power stabilizers. Inside you will find one queen bed and 2 full size, also a jack knife sofa. With this unit will be everything to hook up the unit, water hose, power cord, extention cord, adaptor to be able to plug it into a regular outlet, wheel chocks, outdoor mat, and a broom.

This is our third year of renting. Very pleasurable to work with. This year on set up we had an issue with the canopy not retracting,, we called and within 2 hours a service man was at our campsite. So appreciative of their response . We have already reserved our unit for next year. They are wonderful and helpful . Would highly recommend.
