1.0It was very disappointing to spend a few days deciding which RV to rent, spending the time reserving it, and then finding out 2 days later that they were cancelling our rental. I assume they found someone who wanted to rent it for longer than the 10 days that we had rented it. We had to go back on our search and very few units were available after we wasted several days on this unit. It was very inconvenient.
