Je vous présente Vanilla :)
Un Dodge sprinter 2008. Je l'ai construit avec mon père pendant la covid. J'ai eu la chance d'y vivre à temps plein et d'adapter et de sélectionner ce qui est vraiment important pour des petits et longs road trips. Grâce à une bonne isolation et un système de chauffage Webasto, vous pourrez affronter les hivers du Québec de - 40 degré comme les étés 30 degrés de Vancouver.Vanilla est équipé d'un système électrique de qualité. Il y a un assez grand frigo Dometic fonctionnant au 12v avec même un petit congélateur ;) Étant moi même photographe je n'ai pas eu de problème à recharger mon matériel même lors des journées nuageux. Avec un panneau solaire de 450 watts et un inverter de 2000 watt (assez pour faire fonctionner un toaster et un micro-onde, idéalement pas en meme temps) vous pourrez utiliser votre matériel tranquillement. Il est aussi possible de brancher le van et de recharger les batteries avec une prises extérieur pour les campings.Vanilla à aussi deux fenêtres avec un moustiquaire pour l'aération. J'i aussi une toilette portative Porta Potti de 20 litres pour les urgences. Pour les jours de pluies, j'ai intégré une corde à linge amovible à l'intérieur du campeur ( je peux vous envoyer une vidéo).Vanilla à été conçu pour être le plus indépendant possible. J'ai 4 gallons de 5 litres d'eau propre et un réservoir d'eau grise équivalent. Généralement, en faisant attention, cela peut me durer entre deux et 3 semaines. J'utilise le pommeau de la douche de la cuisine pour les douches extérieurs.Le lit est plutôt petit pour deux personnes. il est sur la largeur. Je fais 5,8 et je dois plier un tout petit peu mes jambes. Certaines personnes pourraient trouver ça inconfortable à long therme. Il y a énormément de place de rangement sur sous le lit et dans le camper.Vanilla est un van construit simplement et efficacement. Vous verrez, elle et très instinctive. Il y a un peu de rouille sur la porte arrière mais je suis entrain de travailler ça.Je garde beaucoup de moments épiques avec elle et j'espère que vous aurez la chance de la faire voyager aussi.

With a 450-watt solar panel and a 2000-watt inverter (enough to run a toaster and a microwave, ideally not simultaneously), you can use your gear comfortably. It's also possible to plug the van in and recharge the batteries with an external outlet for campgrounds.Vanilla also has two windows with mosquito nets for ventilation. I also have a 20-liter Porta Potti portable toilet for emergencies. For rainy days, I've integrated a removable clothesline inside the camper (I can send you a video).Vanilla was designed to be as self-sufficient as possible. I have 4 gallons of clean water and an equivalent gray water tank. Generally, with careful use, this can last me between two and three weeks. You can use the amovible kitchen robinet to shower outside.The bed is rather small for two people; it's widthwise. I'm 5'8" and I have to bend my legs a bit. Some people might find it uncomfortable in the long term. There's a lot of storage space under the bed and in the camper.Vanilla is a van built simply and efficiently. You'll see, it's very intuitive. There's a bit of rust on the back door, but I'm working on that.I've had many epic moments with her, and I hope you'll have the chance to travel with her too.

Good morning! I present to you Vanilla. For a year and a half, we traveled across Canada from Quebec to Vancouver. Thanks to its webasto heating system, Vanila allowed me to sleep comfortably despite temperatures down to -40 degrees. Although its bed is narrow, it has a long counter that will allow you to prepare gourmet dishes or camping comfort food. My motorhome has a 12v fridge with freezer space. Vanila is a very autonomous camper. It has a solar panel of more than 400 watts and a 2000 watt inverter. My motorhome has a capacity of 20 liters of water. This will give you a minimum autonomy of 10 days if you have a reasonable consumption. I also have a 20l chemical toilet for emergencies ;) Vanilla is not the fanciest van but it is very comfortable, reliable and will take you where you want to go.
