The Ultimate Bunkhouse features a rear bunk room that sleeps five, fully enclosed master bedroom with queen bed, a fantastic hang-out area, with a U-shaped dinette, and comfortable couch containing a queen-sized hide-a-bed. The spacious kitchen includes a three-burner stove, double sink, and fridge/freezer combo, with great pantry storage space. Two large slide-outs create lots of indoor space to fit a large group! TV/DVD player that can be enjoyed with the whole group in the living area, or can be turned around and enjoyed by the master bedroom. Stereo includes indoor and outdoor speakers.Outside of the camper, enjoy some shade with a 20 foot power awning, huge outdoor mat, and you can choose to cook inside or outside with the outdoor kitchen, including a two-burner stove, mini fridge, and sink!Excellent working heat and air conditioning, and water heater, with indoor shower/tub and outdoor shower. Includes power stabilizer jacks and power hitch jack, and weight distribution hitch is included with rental.Storage space includes large pass-through outside storage, plus places to hang clothes in the master bedroom and in the rear bunkhouse. My wife and I have five children - all girls! We own a small multi-generational farm in Minnesota with goats, chickens, ducks, and more! We love traveling to national and state parks when we can get away from the animals and creating memories with our family. Some of our favorite national parks are Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Glacier! We hope our camper is a blessing that helps families connect and enjoy God's creation together!

Thank you for considering our camper! This is our family RV that we have invested in to make memories together. We trust that you will take good care of our camper and comply with our policies while it is in your hands.
• Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind in the camper. If there is any evidence of this, you will be charged $1,000 cleaning/damage fee. No exceptions.
• Be mindful of your pets. We understand that you may choose to travel with your pets, but we also want you to be aware of your pets' potential to cause wear and damage. Even ordinary pet behavior can lead to damage in an RV, such as, a pet jumping up on a couch, causing scratch marks or holes in cushions. Pets left in an RV may scratch at the door or blinds, jump up on things to look out windows, or chew/gnaw on furniture. Signs of pet damage, including hair, requiring extra cleaning time will result in a deduction from your damage deposit. We highly recommend that pets be kenneled while in the RV.
