There is NO SMOKING inside of Rental unit. A $250 fee will be assessed and charged to security deposit, if there is any evidence that the smoke-free policy has been violated.
Pets are allowed inside Rental. PLEASE be mindful of your pet/pets. A cleaning fee of up to $200 will be applied if pet waste/debris is not properly removed.
YOU are responsible for the condition of the Rental unit upon departure. The unit should be left in the SAME condition it was upon arrival. We reserve the right to assess cleaning fees up to $200 or replacement fees for any missing or broken inventory items. A $250 will be charged if keys are lost or not returned upon delivery. A $30 fee will be charged if TV remote is broken or missing from unit.

Sweep floor and wipe down counter tops
Close and lock all windows and doors when towing
Turn off Air condition/Heat
Roll bed sheets and place on top of bed.
Empty and clean refrigerator/freezer
Wipe down all bathroom surfaces including TOILET SEAT.
Before delivery of unit renter is responsible for dumping black/gray tanks. If tanks are not empty upon delivery of unit a dumping fee of $100 will be charged to security deposit.Please be responsible and respectful thank you.
