2022 Forest River Georgetown GT7 Model 36K7. This RV is approximately 40 feet 1 inch in length featuring two full bathrooms, theater seating, bunk beds, 2 slide-out rooms, king bed, 2 A/Cs and a residential refrigerator. This beautiful new motorhome also features the new Ford chassis with 7.3L PFI V-8, 350HP, 468 ft. lbs. torque engine, a 6-speed TorqShift® automatic transmission, an updated instrument cluster, automatic headlights and a tilt/telescoping steering wheel. Optional equipment includes the beautiful full body paint, dual pane windows, rear mud flap and stackable washer/dryer. The Forest River Georgetown also features aluminum wheels, 7KW generator, 2000w inverter, heated holding tanks, doggy window in cockpit, P2K power overhead loft, large LED living room TV, power theater seats, bedroom LED TV, solid surface countertops, convection microwave, Multiplex system panel, hydraulic leveling system and much more.Loads of features and sleeping space are found throughout such as two full bathrooms with showers, sleeping space for eight with bunk beds, a drop-down bunk up front, a king bed slide in the master suite and a dinette. You can even get two people to sleep on the power theater seats with pop-up 110v outlets and USBs, plus recline, adjustable head rests, heat and massage functions. The cook will love the kitchen amenities including a convection microwave, a residential refrigerator, a stainless steel farm sink, and slide out pantry drawers with soft close guides. The 5K BTU fireplace is a bonus, and you can even choose to add options such as a stackable washer/dryer, dual pane windows, and mud flaps.This Georgetown features the Precision Plex operation system available with a mobile app allows you to control lights, awnings, slides and more, and the power captain's seat ensure you'll stay comfortable wherever you roam. Also includes day and night shades throughout, solid surface countertops, Thomas Payne furniture, and many more comforts you are sure to love. Had issues with generator, satellite would not work had to move the unit to get signal…. Find breakers and reset them then had to hunt for breakers on the generator so it would work and then for some reason got charged an additional $8 for generator charge which I have no idea what is for because I prepaid for unlimited generator usage. Not my first rental with UT but may be hunting for other options depending on the response I get.
