- we will provide you with a full tank of gas and ask that you return the van with a full tank also
- the van is 2WD and has low clearance so please don’t take it on any bumpy dirt roads
- it fits into most parking lots/parking spaces as long as you back it in to the parking spot
- if you plan on taking a shower with hot water, press the power and hot water buttons (will light up red when on) about 5-10 minutes before you plan on showering so it has time to heat up
- we found the best places to fill up the fresh water tank are RV parks and campgrounds. Call ahead to see if they allow this or charge a fee.
- the toaster oven and hair dryer uses up a lot energy so don’t use it if you are running low on power. Any appliances that heat or cool anything will use up more energy
- if you plan on using the toaster please pull out the drawer that it sits on so it doesn’t heat up in the enclosure
-to turn the heat on, make sure the 3 black vents are open on the side of the bench, below the stove. press the power and furnace buttons on the black interface on the wall next to the sink. It may take a few minutes to get warm
- to use the fans, you have to point the remote directly at the fan you want to use and basically touch the remote to the fan. They’re very sensitive and you will be able to turn on and off both fans with one remote. The fans will close automatically if they feel rain. You get the most airflow for the fans if the sliding window is also open.
- all of the window coverings are magnetic and will stick to the windows except for the windshield cover. That one you use just like a regular windshield cover and hold it in by putting the visors down
- don’t leave anything out while driving. Everything moves around and stuff can break. Anything we’ve left out on the counters is held down by adhesive double sided velcro so you won’t have to worry about that
- you can leave the gray water tank open most of the time (middle switch next to the sink) unless you are in a designated campsite or anywhere you don’t want water to be leaking out from under the van
- the toilet is portable. Every time we shower, we take the toilet out and then put it back in after the shower. the toilet has about 10-15 flushes in it. We really only try to use the toilet at night and for emergencies. The last bag will have a red line in it so you know it’s time to change it. Once it’s done, you put everything into the black trash bag, tie it up and throw it out in a dumpster. Directions for how to replace the bags are underneath the bench along with the charger if it happens to die, but you should be good there.
- 5 gallon water tank and water dispenser are in the cabinet under the stove. If the water dispenser dies, the charger is located under the bench in the purple bag. You can fill up the water jug at most grocery stores. If you can’t find a 5 gallon water dispenser at a store, we usually just buy single gallon jugs and fill it back up ourselves. There’s a black funnel in the cabinet under the sink to help you with this.
- to turn the stove on, push down the black round button, you will hear a clicking and push the knob in and turn. Then the you will see the fire turn on
- we usually don’t keep fruit in the fruit basket when the van is moving because it bangs up against the window
- The button to turn on the string lights is in the “home is where we park it” mug on the counter
- the Bluetooth speaker is also a clock and an oil diffuser and is secured to the counter so it won’t move*decor shown in pictures may differ

Hello! We’re Jana and Chris 👋 Traveling and exploring the outdoors are our passions, and what better way to do that than in a converted sprinter van! We got our van in the summer of 2021 and traveled around the country for 3 months (all the way to Key West and back) before buying a house just outside of Wenatchee, WA. Our van has been a dream come true and is our first home together :) It was converted by Van Venture Ai, a small van conversion company in Spokane, WA. Now that we’re not using it full time, we want to give others the opportunity to experience VanLife. She’s our baby so please treat her as if she were your own! Check out our van ventures on instagram.

I could say so much about this camper van but there is really no way to explain our experience or any words that would be able to describe it. We are so grateful to be able use this beautiful space. It made our trip. It provided the comfort that was needed. It was realistic and feasible. I mean I could go on and on, but it really was a dream to have used it. I can’t thank Jana enough for providing all the amenities. I look forward to making the trip back to Washington just to hop back in and take it for a trip again!
