Sunny is easy to maneuver at just under 31' .Don’t like crowded campgrounds? You can enjoy exploring sunny Florida’s natural places off the grid with 500-watt solar (works TV, several outlets and can power your Instapot!) 88-gal water and 44-gal holding tanks and an Onan generator. Watch the game on a 42” LCD TV, spread out the goodies on the large buffet and adjust the lighting with sunscreens or blackout shades. Lots of windows and a powered roof vent OR A/C ensures pleasant temperatures. There’s even enough floor space to keep up with your Yoga practice. You'll love Sunny's walk-around queen bed. No having to roll over your partner to get to the bathroom! For additional sleeping there's a comfy queen sofa bed, You’ll really appreciate the split bathroom with shower separate from the toilet and sink. That's a big plus when two or more travel.Sunny’s kitchen comes with a micro, oven and 3-burner stove and a two-door frig and freezer combo with plenty of space for a week’s groceries. Her expandable dining table is perfect for a family of four or adjust the size for an intimate dinner for two.Set-up is a breeze with a powered patio awning and automatic hydraulic leveling jacks. Extend your three slide outs with a push of a button (2 in living area, one in bedroom).Lounge outdoors under awning on your 6’ x 9’ patio mat and patio chairs or set up your private 6’ x 6’ screened room for outdoor dining on your foldable table when the bugs are out.On those chilly days and nights, you'll be cozy and warm with a 30,000 BTU furnace that runs on electric or propane.Sunny is equipped with bedding, towels and the basics you'll need to prepare and serve meals. 25' RV extension cordRecommandationsThere are so many wonderful parks (my favorites include Myakka River State Park, Grayton Beach State Park,Anastasia State Park, Blue Springs State Park, Sebastian Inlet State Park (right here in Melbourne area), Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park, Bahia Honda State Park, John Pennekamp State Park, Jonathan Dickinson State Park, Suwannee River State Park, O'Leno State Park, Payne's Prairie Preserve State Park. There are many nice county parks in Florida to visit , as well. Right here in Melbourne I recommend Wickham Park campground but book early. Florida has several national forests -- Ocala National Forest has a number of lovely campgrounds. If you're an Elk member or Moose member you can stay at many of those locations, usually for just a donation. That helps when you're in a very popular area where you can't find a site in a campground. I always choose a highway instead of interstate when I travel. You see so much more and it's a lot less stressful to drive without those semi trucks blowing by you. My advice is don't try to rush around cramming a lot of places and sites into your trip. Take your time, spend more time in one place and chill out. Enjoy your travels and be safe! Sunny will make traveling a joy.Autres points à signalerAlthough we do welcome well-behaved dogs, we do require an additional pet cleaning fee of $50.If you bring back the RV with holding tanks emptied (with receipt or proof) you will be credited $25.If you return the RV with less gas than when you took the keys there will be a $4.00 minimum charge per gallon to fill back to previous levels. This fee will change based on current gas prices on the day of return. If you bring back the RV with a full water tank (must use the water purifier) you will be credited $10.Rules include:
Sunny hates to smell bad so she asks that you only smoke outdoors
Sunny doesn't like anyone climbing on the roof
Never leave awning extended when you are not physically with Sunny. If it starts to get windy, retract the awning or that damage will be on you.
Sunny says to always engage her parking brake when you are parked and before you use the hydraulic leveling jacks.
She says before attempting to extend or retract Sunny's slideouts, make sure you are level
Sunny really doesn't want her holding tanks clogged with toilet paper. Do not flush toilet paper. Place paper in the garbage pail and dispose prior to returning the RV.
Sunny likes to conserve whenever possible. When using the shower, please run water only to wet and rinse. Push in the valve to stop flow of water in between wetting and rinsing.

I've been living full time in an RV for more than 6 years. Traveled up the east coast and all the way to Oregon by myself with my trusty canine companion. I love the freedom of owning an RV and the ability to get into nature whenever I want. But now I am caring for my 97-year-old Mom and have less ability to travel. So that's why I want to share this lifestyle with others --- and make a little extra $$ since I'm now retired.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
This is a case by case answer. I have the RV in a storage facility and renters are not allowed to drive in or out of the lot so I will move the RV to a safe spot for the initial walk-through and drop-off. If you let me know ahead of time we may be able to work out another option but it will then be a delivery and a small fee will be added, depending upon the distance.
