2023 Thor Tranquility Sprinter 4x4 - The Nomad Nest

This was such a great experience. This was my daughter and my first rv experience. I would highly recommend. Our host was amazing and super helpful. She answered all my questions before and during the trip. She even mailed us a pair of earrings we had left. I would recommend anyone to give this a try. Outdoorsyvwas affordable and easy to navigate and our host was great.

Roger and Cari were wonderful to work with. They provided a comprehensive walk through of the van which made my rental experience carefree. I did have a couple of questions a few days in on my 11 day rental. They responded quickly to answer my questions. The van was clean at pickup, well maintained, and stocked with all the essentials. All and all it was a wonderful trip and experience.

The Perfect "Nest" for a First Family Adventure! ​ ​We rented the Nomad Nest for our very first camper van trip with our 4-month-old daughter, and it truly lived up to its name. ​The Layout: The interior design is incredibly thoughtful. Despite the compact footprint, we never felt cramped. The "Nest" provided a perfect, safe environment for our little one, and the transition from "driving mode" to "living mode" was seamless. ​The Amenities: April on the Olympic Peninsula can be cold, but the Nomad Nest kept us toasted. The heating system is quiet and efficient. The kitchen was well-stocked with the essentials, a cooktop, a pull out shelf and awning made it easy to prep quick meals without having to leave our scenic campsites at Elwha and Sol duc. ​Driveability: As first-timers, we were worried about handling a larger vehicle on the winding roads of Highway 101. The Nomad Nest drives more like an SUV than a truck. It handled the rainy coastal roads with ease, and parking at trailheads like the Madison falls was a breeze. ​The Host: Cari and Roger were extremely nice and thoughtful folks. You never feel pressured, and they make sure you enjoy this experience. The walkthrough was thorough (which we needed!), and they were quick to answer our "first-timer" questions. You can tell this van is a well-loved passion project. ​Final Thoughts: The Nomad Nest gave us the freedom to show our 4 month old the rainforest and the rugged coast without sacrificing the comforts of home. We returned the keys with a lot of memories and a baby who is officially a "Van Life" fan. We will definitely be booking again!

Cari & Roger were super responsive and helpful, and the van was very clean and totally prepped for our trip. Picking it up and dropping it off was a total breeze. We do wish we had known more in advance that its cassette toilet is only meant for urine so we could have made different plans for where we were camping, but we understand given that it's probably hard to clean otherwise. Overall, we had a great trip and would recommend their van for anyone looking to rent one in the Seattle area!

It was fabulous. We took a 10 day road trip during the fall to central Utah, and we enjoyed every minute of it.

This our first time trying a camping van/class b camper. This is a perfect unit to try out and we loved it. Cari and Rodger were so helpful and the van was ready to go with everything you might need. They also prepare videos with a guide to everything on the van that you can review as needed. We had a great trip. Thank you.
