New 2021 luxury model keystone cougar half-ton that sleeps 8. This trailer is equipped with everything you need for dry camping or full hookups. This 25Dbswe model is just under 30' at 29'10" this ensures you can go to any state park or beaches. The outside has power stabilizers and an outdoor kitchen with stove and mini fridge. Inside you'll find a XL pop-out on the driver side, double wide bunk beds that are large enough for 2 kids each, efficient bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. It has a U shaped dinette for cozy meals, tons of counter space with oven, stove and microwave. Inside and outside surround sound speakers with blue tooth capabilities and DVD player for the TV. We have been Travel Trailer and Toyhauler Renters for over 2 years. After debating on which type of RV and which layout to get we finally fell in love with this 2021 Keystone Cougar 25DBSWE and we know you will fall in love with it too! Happy camping!

*No smoking or drug use allowed if either are detected the entire security deposit will be held.
*No pets of any kind allowed, even though we love dogs this is a brand new trailer and we do not want any accidents. $500 from security deposit will be held if the presence of pets is detected upon return.
* Absolutely no music festivals, entire security deposit will be will be held if used at festival.
*You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS.
*Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
*Awning use is strictly prohibited if the breakable locks are tampered with or broken you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage. Insurance will not cover Awing damage, any cost for repair will be the renters responsibility in addition entire security deposit will be held.
*Owner shall provide surge protector, 30 Amp electrical cord, 30 amp to 15 amp adapter, water regulator, water filter, white water hose, drain hoses, city hose drain connection and Grey water hose for clean out. A full demonstration on how to use all equipment will be provided. Any negligence to use equipment properly which results in damage to Trailer or equipment will be the full responsibility of the renter.
* Generator Rental- Generator will be given with a full tank of gas and upon return the tank needs to be full. If Generator tank is not full a $20 fee will be held from security deposit. If generator is not returned for any reason including theft entire security deposit of $1000 will be held.
*Trailer Hitch and stabilizers will be provided if either are damaged or not returned entire security deposit of $1000 will be held.

We had a great trip in Tyler's Keystone Cougar! Very nice trailer. The trailer was in excellent condition, just as advertised. Tyler was very helpful and thorough in our initial walkthrough. The trailer is well stocked with the essentials (i.e. pots and pans, dishes, silverware etc.) yet still had plenty of storage space for us to put all of our stuff away. We are a family of 5 and this trailer was very comfortable for us. My teenage boys enjoyed the larger bunk beds instead of those typical super skinny bunks. Tyler was responsive in answering just a few questions we had over the trip. We would definitely rent this trailer again and recommend it to our friends as well. Thanks Tyler!
