Breezy is a Brand New 2022 Four Winds® Class C with a Ford E450 engine. She is perfect for any level of RV expertise and super easy to drive and set up for your Perfect RV Getaway!She has a Queen size overhead bunk, Dinette conversion and the option of rear Twin Beds or King conversion to sleep up to 6 comfortably.Her Bathroom includes a porcelain flush Toilet, Shower, Sink, Full Length Mirror and Cabinets for storage. The Privacy Doors can be opened up to create a larger space which includes the wardrobe.Breezy's inline kitchen includes a Large Sink, 3 Burner Stove, Oven, Microwave and good size super cold Fridge that runs on electric or propane. 2. Travel on non-public, unpaved and/or ‘logging’ roads or beaches is not permitted at any time. (Fraudulent Use Fee)
3. We Do Not Allow Boondocking/Dry Camping or Towing. Full Hook-Ups ARE REQUIRED- We do require confirmation of campgrounds with full hookups for all nights prior to departure. (Fraudulent Use Fee)
**When booking your Campsites: Please book a full hook up, 30 ft with 1 slide-out driver side, and 30 AMP site.
4. At pick up- Please plan for a 90-minute orientation, walk through and signing of contracts. We want to make sure you have all the information you need to have an enjoyable trip and take proper care of our Baby!
5. Luggage is bulky and damages the RV's Interior so, we are happy to provide Large Heavy Duty storage bags for you to use during your trip and we will store your suitcases until you return.
6. For both Safety and Fuel Economy Please DO NOT go over 65MPH.
7. A GPS tracker is installed in the RV for safety and insurance purposes. The Tracker must not be removed/unplugged for any reason. (Fraudulent Use Fee)
8. The RV insurance specifically forbids renters from going on the roof and damage can occur, so please DO NOT go on the RV's roof for any reason. (Fraudulent Use Fee)
9. Failure to accurately report your Itinerary, (Fraudulent Use Fee) will result in complete loss of your security deposit! You will be required to return the RV to us immediately, and No Refunds will be granted for unused rental dates.
10. At the end of your trip, please return the RV on time and in the same clean condition as it was given to you. Free of trash, floors swept, dishes washed, black and grey tanks are both completely empty, with full tanks of gas and propane. Otherwise, Dumping & Refill Service Fees in addition to the fuel costs will be applied accordingly.
11. We charge a security deposit ($1,500), but please note that this is charged to your credit card two days before your rental starts and refunded to your credit card a few days after your rental ends (assuming there are no damages or fees).
12. We understand that things happen so, If anything breaks during your rental, please notify us immediately and do not attempt to make any repairs without our approval. That way we can advise you on next steps and/or arrange for the repairs right away.

We also provide a limited amount of Consumable Convenience items such as Paper Towels, Dish Soap, Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Pater Plates, Plastic Cups and Utensils, Trash Bags, Cleaning supplies, Food Storage Bags, Disposable Gloves, Hand Sanitizer and much more!
All equipment for connecting to water, sewer and electric hook ups are also included.
**NOTE**Walmart, Albertsons, Sam's club, and Smiths are all located within a mile of our Pickup location so you can pick up your groceries and head out!

5. Luggage is bulky and damages the RV's Interior so, we are happy to provide Large Heavy Duty storage bags for you to use during your trip and we will store your suitcases until you return.
6. For both Safety and Fuel Economy Please DO NOT go over 65MPH.
7. A GPS tracker is installed in the RV for safety and insurance purposes. The Tracker must not be removed/unplugged for any reason. (Fraudulent Use Fee)
8. The RV insurance specifically forbids renters from going on the roof and damage can occur, so please DO NOT go on the RV's roof for any reason. (Fraudulent Use Fee)
9. Failure to accurately report your Itinerary, (Fraudulent Use Fee) will result in complete loss of your security deposit! You will be required to return the RV to us immediately, and No Refunds will be granted for unused rental dates.

Free of trash, floors swept, dishes washed, black and grey tanks are both completely empty, with full tanks of gas and propane. I was very fortunate to encounter this wonderful couple on this RV app! I was traveling with my two sons 14 & 11 and my previous rental canceled last minute which put me in a panic! Long story short it was such a blessing to connect with Bob and Pat! They were so helpful and accommodating to last minute rent "Breezy" which made the trip through southern Utah so comfortable and relaxing! RV was super easy to connect to hook ups and drive. We made life long memories with the help of these amazing people! Highly recommend renting "Breezy" for a trip to connect to wonderful people and the beautiful outdoors!

Our typical pick up/drop off times are between 10AM and 2PM but, we make every effort to work closely with our renters to ensure that they have a positive experience. Just give us a call and we will see how to best accommodate your schedule without impacting another renter's reservation.
