Proactive in resolving issues
Mike promptly fixed a leaking toilet and bought a cooler when the refrigerator was malfunctioning. Lisa was accommodating with schedules and provided a great instruction briefing, making check-in/out easy.
Comfortable but appliance issues
The RV was clean, spacious for a family of 4, and had a surprisingly comfortable master suite bed. However, the refrigerator consistently malfunctioned throughout the trip, requiring daily ice purchases and leading to food spoilage, and the toilet initially leaked.
