Our high roof, extended wheelbase Ford Transit is the perfect van to rent for two. Professionally built cabinets, tons of storage in the garage and front of the van, LED lights throughout, propane stove, solar operated refrigerator. This van has everything you want and more! The van has fairly low clearance and a super long wheel-base so I ask that you do not take the van on 4x4 roads. Some flat dirt road driving is permitted, within reason, such as accessing Eldorado Canyon and some of the camping in Lovell Canyon near Las Vegas.
Please DO NOT attempt to drive the van on the road to Black Velvet Canyon and other rough and bumpy dirt roads.

Hey, I'm Thomas! Campervans and climbing have been my life since I was honorably discharged from the Army in 2014. I am an Amga Certified Rock Guide primarily based out of the Colorado Front Range in the summer and Las Vegas in the fall/winter/spring. I have built many campervans and this 2016 Ford Transit is my third van that I've owned and lived in full time; first was a Volkswagen Eurovan (custom TDI and 5 speed swapped) and the second was a Mercedes Sprinter. My girlfriend, Steph, dog, BB and I were living in the van full-time until recently when we decided to become home dwellers. When I'm not working, I'm either climbing or developing new rock climbing routes.

We had a great time in Stephanie & Thomas’ van! They were both very responsive with communication and made sure the check-in was thorough so that I was comfortable driving the van. The van itself has everything you need and then some. The bed is SUPER comfy and the van is well insulated with a heater or a fan depending on the weather you’re in. I had zero problems with the handling of the van too, it drives very smoothly and easy to maneuver. Overall, I highly recommend this van along with its friendly hosts. We will rent again in a heartbeat if we are ever in the area!

We had an absolutely wonderful time on our 11 day road trip through Southern Utah with Thomas and Steph’s campervan. It had everything we needed and we loved travelling in this way. We couldn’t have asked for better service and experiences. Thank you both so much for all that you did to make our trip exceptional and so memorable. We would HIGHLY recommend this campervan rental to anyone! Just do it! You’ll have the best time ever! Thomas and Steph are amazing!

Absolutely fantastic. Thomas and Stephanie could not have made the renting process easier. The van is in incredible shape due to their diligent attention to it. I have rented other vans before and this is the best one. We will be renting again from them this season!

We had a wonderful time with the van! It took us everywhere we chose to explore. From cold snowy nights in the mountains, to warm t-shirt days in the desert, we experienced a range of environments and early March weather. We were always completely comfortable in the van. The insulation keeps the interior comfortable, and also does a great job of keeping out the sounds of any loud nearby campers. The integrated propane heater is luxury! The kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked full breakfasts and dinners every day. The hot water system is great; with the help of a shower curtain, we were able to enjoy efficient outdoor showers on warmer nights (where permitted). The electric power system was great as well. We had a grand adventure. Thomas and Stephanie were so helpful and responsive in answering questions, and providing great recommendations. It was like borrowing a van from close friends. We've already passed along their listing to friends of ours, and planning a return for more adventures next year.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Yes, there are a few "tricks and tips" for operating each of the manual components of the van, such as the inverter, water pump, external shower, water tank filling, etc. so we have created short tutorial videos for each of these components and will also provide a quick demonstration and walkthrough when you pick up the van at the start of your trip.
