The host was very accommodating and friendly. The RV was stocked nicely (could use a strainer), with only a few minor issues.

This was my very first time renting a RV and driving an RV. Took a short couple day trip and the trip itself was great. We had challenges with the extender of the RV which caused us to not be able to use the Pop outs. Following the instructions of the host, the system itself was faulty. And then on the way back we blew a tire. Later learned the tire was 10 years old. Completely blew and stripped on the highway. This was very scary since it was my first time and it was during nighttime on the highway. Samuel didn’t call once, didn’t know if the RV had a spare, and didn’t even show up when it was time to return the RV. No walk through, nothing. I had to pay for the tire repair on site ($276) after waiting 3 hours for the repair man to come and another 1 hour to be fixed. completely unexpected and it took over a week for them to reimburse me. I had to submit a claim through Outdoorsy and when reimbursed they didn’t even send the correct amount. I feel like Pastor Samuel and his wife are renting out a RV that is not well maintained and they had very little accountability for the situation. No compassion, no concern. Unfortunately, that’s what gave this trip a bad rating.
