4.0We had a great time and enjoyed the experience. Everything was clean and easy to use. Sam was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Our only issue was that the black water and fresh water hoses were stored together and there were no gloves included for us when emptying the tanks. Both easy things to change in the future.
