Owner Responsiveness
Very challenging to communicate with owner via Outdoorsy App. Allow 24 hours turnaround time. Owner viewed renting as a privilege, not customer service.
Vehicle Condition
Upon delivery was told the toilet is broken. The RV was not leveled properly. The doors were very hard to open and close. I extended the awning and it collapsed.
