1. No Smoking (Strictly Enforced) Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. Any evidence of smoke will result in a significant cleaning fee and potential loss of deposit.
2. No Festivals or Off-Grid Events (Unless Pre-Approved) To protect the condition of our RV, events like festivals, off-road use, or boondocking must be discussed and approved in advance.
3. No Roof Access For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted on the roof at any time.
4. No Unauthorized Guests or Subletting Only approved renters and guests listed in the reservation may use the RV.
5. Generator & Utility Use Generator usage may be limited to agreed-upon hours. Renters are responsible for proper use of electrical, water, and waste systems.
