3Owners were not at pickup. We had to search for the RV & weren’t sure how to use everything but managed. They were responsive during pickup. One tire had a slow leak which they did communicate, however once we set up at the campsite we realized that the refrigerator did not work. We were not told, nor is it mentioned on the listing that it may not work with a generator. We had a bunch a meat & fresh food which was hard to keep chilled in coolers. The camper smelled almost the entire trip, we bought air fresheners to help. We paid a prep fee for the camper to be clean, & between the smell & other items left, it definitely could have been cleaner. Was a very spacious camper with lots of storage. Bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable. Awning was broken as well, which was a must for us to use when camping in the summer sun. Very expensive for not having help when picking up & dropping off, & for not everything to work. Stereo system was a nice addition, A/C worked great as well but main door was extremely loud.
