This Trailer has all the amenities you would expect on your own home, but now you get them at the camp site. All cookware, dishes, utensils, and coffee maker are included with rental, as well as sanitized bedding. Just bring your groceries and clothes and enjoy. This Trailer has it all. A Primary bedroom with a queen bed and 4" memory foam topper with 2 closet spaces to hang your clothes. There are 2 full bunks, a couch that folds down into a bed as well as a horseshoe dinette that converts to a bed. There is a full bathroom in back that has a tub for the little ones and shower. There is an exterior shower wand as well to rinse the dirt off the kids or animals before you go in for the night. This Trailer has a 30,000 btu furnace and a 13,500 btu air conditioner. Rental includes 2 7 gallon propane tanks to take care of all your heating, cooling, cooking, and bathing needs. Trailer also includes a propane fire pit and extra 5 gallon tank for that. Will also include mini camp BBQ with mini propane bottles for any BBQ cooking you choose to do. Has a nice stereo with exterior speakers and interior speakers with Bluetooth connection. All you need is your clothes and groceries and you are set for a good time. Can deliver and pick up depending on the dates for an additional charge.Please note that a $100.00 dump fee will be assessed if the Trailer is returned without the gray and black water tanks being drained.

I'm a father of 4 in a family of 6. We're just starting to cut our teeth in the camping game. So far our favorite place has been Crescent bar. We typically like to camp near bodies of water that are warm enough to swim in. Finding RV parks with swimming holes, or rivers to fish in or mountains to climb is our main priority when it comes to camping.

Awesome unit! I hosted out of town family for the holidays and they loved it. Very accommodating unit with all the latest and greatest features. 10/10 would rent again.
