Well maintained 5th wheel perfect for a quick weekend getaway or for a long vacation. 4 slide outs including a Private Bedroom, Queen bed with Upgraded Mattress and lot's of closet and drawer space plus a Flat Screen TV IN THE Bedroom. There is a Queen Size Hide A BED couch in the living room with a Self Inflating/Deflating AIR Mattress along with two leather recliners, an Electric Fireplace and Large Flat Screen TV IN Living Room. TV is cable ready and there is a DVD player with surround sound and lots of DVD's (rated PG - R). AM/FM radio with CD player with indoor and outdoor speakers. Full kitchen complete with Refrigerator, Freezer, Stove, Microwave, complete set of dishes (4 place settings) , cookware, toaster, coffee pot, crock pot and utensils TWO Roof TOP AIR Conditioners plus electric exhaust fan in kitchen. Stereo system with outdoor speakers. Also provided for your outside comfort and at no additional cost are lawn chairs and a 6 ft. folding table. We deliver and pick up Only to campsites in Mohave County and Pirates Cove RV resort and Needles Marina and some RV parks in Parker that offer Full Hook UPS Including 50 AMP Service and Sewer. DRY Camping IS NOT Allowed. Nominal Fee for delivery outside of Lake Havasu City. Prices are negotiable for long term rentals. 2 day rentals may be available but at a per night rental fee of $160. Due to frequent and unexpected wind conditions NO Awning is provided but feel free to bring your own easy up.

My late husband and I bought this rig with plans to spend our retirement traveling. We were able to make one epic 64 days 8000+ mile trip across the country but shortly thereafter my husband was diagnosed with cancer and after a 4 year fight he went to the Lord August 2018. He was a mechanic and the motto was/is "use it or lose it." I have not had the pleasure of spending any travel time in her since his death but I do enjoy that others get to make memories that will last a lifetime. Peace Marge #fuckcancer

The owners communication was excellent. The photos on Outdorsy of the outside and inside of the RV were not true to the present condition. The furniture condition was very disappointing.

My wife and I really enjoyed this 39' Keystone Avalanche for a fun week at Lake Havasu. Spacious, with a large kitchen, comfortable bed, and bathroom with shower. The AC units really made the trailer comfortable. Marjory was really pleasant to deal with and everything went really smoothly. I'd highly recommend renting this trailer!
