Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside or near the vehicle. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices. Smoke and vapor cause irreversible damage to the premium leather interior, ventilation system, and electronics. Violations will result in a minimum $5,000 deodorizing fee plus any additional costs for professional restoration. This rule is strictly enforced with zero exceptions.
Bring Pets (Strictly by Approval Only)
Pets are not automatically allowed and must be approved on a case-by-case basis prior to booking. Only well-trained, non-shedding pets may be considered, and an additional refundable deposit ($1000 minimum) plus a $500 deep-cleaning fee will apply if approved. Any sign of pet hair, odor, stains, or damage will result in a full forfeiture of deposit and additional cleaning/repair fees to restore to original condition. If your trip includes a pet, please message us before booking for written approval.
Take It to a Festival
Our Luxe Cruiser is ideal for travel in style, but festival use is by approval only due to crowd density and dust exposure. Requests for festival attendance must include event details and campsite conditions (NO OFF ROADING, NO MUD DRIVING). Additional cleaning fees and mileage restrictions may apply. Unauthorized festival use will void the rental agreement and may result in loss of deposit plus additional fees.
Tailgate at the Big Game
Tailgating is permitted with prior approval for family or corporate-style events. Cooking or grilling must remain outside the vehicle, and no open flames, deep fryers, or propane use are allowed near the van. Please protect all leather and flooring from spills, stains, or smoke exposure. Return the van in clean condition to avoid excess cleaning fees.
