The Arctic Wolf

We rented this Arctic Wolf for an almost weeklong trip to Joshua Tree and had a wonderful time. Hanny, the owner, was always extremely responsive and helpful, and ensured that we didn't have to worry about anything. (I should say that being novice RV campers, we arranged to have it delivered to our campsite.) We had six people sleeping in the RV, and we all slept comfortably. Having both heat and air conditioning made a difference there! It's also really nice that there's a ceiling fan to keep air moving in the main cabin. The blue interior (and exterior) lights make for some nice mood lighting (as well as nightlights for the kiddos). My two youngest loved sleeping in the bunkbeds. Everything worked as expected, and Hanny worked hard to ensure that we'd be comfortable. She even got a dog bed for our dog! We had some trouble getting out of the door on time when leaving home (had to herd 4 kids and my wife had to work that morning), so Hanny set up the trailer and recorded videos for us to review about how to operate things so we didn't feel rushed trying to meet her at the campsite. We had a great experience renting this trailer and working with Hanny. We highly recommend it if it's the right size for you and your family!

SUPER friendly and easy to work with. Delivered/Picked up EXACTLY on time and were very helpful. Checked up on us a few times during trip and wanted to make sure we were happy. All costs/fees were clear, obvious, and listed in listing- no hidden/surprise charges at the end. RV is very nice to use. Would highly recommend and would definitely rent this one again if needed. :) Thank you for a pleasant experience!
