Modern bunkhouse with queen bed up front, double bunks in the rear. Super slide-out. Outdoor kitchen with mini-fridge, cooktop and sink.Free delivery/setup/pickup to local Kern River Valley campgrounds for 3+ night stays (KRS Camp James, Frandy, Rivernook, Mountain River Adventures, KOA Isabella. For 2-night stays we have a one-time $50 delivery/setup/pickup fee. For other locations please inquire and we'll quote delivery/setup/pickup fees accordingly based on distance and difficulty of setup (off-road, etc).Feel free to call or text me @ with any questions you may have, happy to help!!

-Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, knives, cooking utensils.
-Dish soap and hand soap
-Campfire roasting sticks
-Camp axe, shovel & bucket
-Broom, dustpan, paper towels, toilet paper, multi-purpose cleaner
-Outdoor and indoor trash cans and trash bags
-Basic linen set (kitchen/hand towels, wash cloths)
-Outdoor area rug
-Indoor area rugs
-TV/DVD/Stereo will be setup & connected to campground's cable (if available)

Our RVs are kept clean and well-maintained, come fully loaded with everything you need to enjoy a great weekend or week in the beautiful Kern River Valley and surrounding areas!

This was our first time as a family going camping in a trailer and we couldn’t imagine a better experience. Everything was set up when we arrived and we had everything we needed. Both Mark and Tim were available to answer any questions we had and were able to also accommodate a last minute request to rent a bbq. We will definitely use their services again the next time we go camping as it was effortless on our part!

Tim was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great weekend on the Kern River. Everything was set up and ready to go for us when we got there and he did a great job of informing us on how to use the many amenities of the RV. The pictures and listing were accurate.
