• No smoking in the unit and now going on the roof
• please keep pets off furniture
• please do not leave pets alone inside the trailer I don't need the doors being all scratched up
• put Awning in when it is windy outside
• no vaping or weed products allowed in the unit because of the smell residue it leaves behind please be courtesy of next guest. If unit is taken where it's not supposed to be taken like a festival you will be charging inconvenience fee. That includes taking it off-roading into back parts of the bush. You could be added on and after 400 dollars and inconvenience fee and additional $200 of additional cleaning. Plus $200 mechanical inspection to reinspect all the bearings tires if going into improper areas where you were not approved.
• also customers must be there to pick up the unit when being delivered to sign paperwork and the same with pickup if customer abandons unit you will abandon your deposit it has to be the person renting the unit to sign off.
• if customers are late beyond their 12:00 p.m. drop off time late fees will apply. We take checking back in very seriously as we have employees waiting to clean it. Your first late fee is going to be charged at $75. And then every other following hour it is $30 an hour
• if customer abandoned unit they will abandon just chill out there deposits because if no one is not there to sign off on the quality of his trailer then that's basically admitting fault if he refused to be there to sign off the paperwork
