Very light weight travel trailer (2847lbs) sleeps four. This unit is perfect for any trips it fits on any campsite and has all the comfort that you need. It features a queen bed, a dinette /double bed, a small kitchen with microwave, mini fridge two burner stove and lots of storage. Bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. It has a furnace to keep you warm on cold nights and it has an AC to keep you cool on a hot summer days. Outside you have a manual awning. No smoking and no off-road (gravel road is fine or calm dirt road) Includes with stay (with basic price) -toilet paper 1x roll (2 rolls if more then 3 nights booked) for rv specific -toaster -tea kettle -pots and pans -cutlery and plastic dishes -microwave -kitchen sink -stove top -mini fridge and freezer -fire extinguisher -first aid -water hose -sewer hose (black) Requirements - Unfortunately if the camper trailer isn’t returned as the same condition as rented out. A cleaning fee will be charged of $200. This is separate from the damage deposit - If off-roading is completed in the rv, Please be advised that a $200 dollar cleaning fee/damage fee will be applied due to previous issues and trailed returned damaged, scuffed up, severely dirty etc. - If trailer is returned dirty from exterior, automatic $65 dollar fee will be applied for exterior cleaning.
