2011, 19' bumper pull In great shape. Fully stocked with linens, dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. Roof-mounted AC, freshwater tank and battery power. TV/Audio system. No slide outs, so it's quite light and tows easily. As shown in the layout photo, there are 4 beds. The bunk in the rear, and the table bed sleep a single (or two small children on the table bed). The larger bed to the rear, and the couch bed in the front are both essentially "full-size" beds, that can sleep 1-2 adults.The trailer weighs just over 4300 lbs empty.I have a new gas generator (Honda 2200i - top of the line) that can also be rented, if desired (e.g., if no hookups are available). The trailer was wonderful and provided great sleeping accommodations for our family reunion. Cody was very kind to meet special scheduling requests as well. My Chev Avalanche pulled the trailer with no issues and was very easy to maneuver.

Had a great time using Cody's trailer. Pulled it with my Yukon XL, so it was the right size for my vehicle and family of 5 (3 kids under 8). Cody communicated well, walked me through the ropes as a first timer. He provided most of the gear, linens and accessories that you would need for a trip. Overall, the trailer is older and smaller than much of what is out there, but I thought it was a great fit, the right price, and the perfect size for a quick easy camping get away.
